Find your dream home by browsing our variety of unique and lower cost property listings .
Once you have found the property or properties you love, tour the unit with an Alltrade staff person or through our key rental system.
Fill out the property application online or print a paper version using the link below, and submit all other required property application materials.
Pay your property application fee (application fees may vary)
Once your application has been submitted, screened, &approved, you will pay the security deposit to reserve the property.
Within two weeks, we will give you the keys to your new home!
